Refunds and Credits to Your Account

Label refunds are completed by The United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take up to 20 business days to be credited back into your Certified Mail Labels account. Please make sure you cancel your label the same day you created it.  This begins the refund and verification process at USPS. After we receive confirmation from USPS the refund has been approved, we will post the refund amount back into to your account. Your account administrator will be notified by email when the refund is processed. 

Steps to Refund A Label

On the red navigation bar, under Reports, click the link that says Label Reprint / Cancel Label Refund Postage

When the page loads, your latest label will be displayed on top.  Locate the label you want to refund and click the blue Refund button.

Click the Confirmation Page to confirm you wish to cancel the label.

USPS may take up to 20 business days to approve the refund.  When USPS confirms the label was not used they will approve the postage refund.  When this happens, the postage fee will be refunded back into your Certified Mail Labels account. Your account administrator will be notified by email when the refund is processed.
