Today, convenience is considered essential. Businesses and individuals are relying more and more on technology, logistics, and services that offer efficiencies. Efficiencies that result in time and money saved.
Several factors contribute to the rise in the consumer's desire for convenience. The COVID-19 Pandemic certainly accelerated a change in the way the world operates and does business, but another large contributor is the buying power of generations. Baby Boomers continue to have the largest buying power. However, according to Bloomberg, Gen Z has $360 billion in disposable income and is changing the way entire industries do business.
Consider the food industry. This year, food delivery is more than a $30 billion industry. While we do live in a fast-paced world, the desire for convenience stems from the value individuals place on their time and freedom, rather than laziness.
Pair the desire for convenience with recent inflation and it’s easy to see the benefit offered by companies that can save customers time and money.

Where can I get certified mail envelopes?
Certified Mail Labels offers two ways to send Certified Mail easily and inexpensively.
First, purchase our approved USPS Certified Mail Envelopes and use a black ink laser printer to print your label for automated mailings. This option does not require any gluing, taping, or affixing of the label to the envelope. Our envelopes have the green USPS Certified Mail banner and a large cellophane window so that USPS barcode readers can easily sort and process the Certified Mail as an automated transaction for expedited delivery.
Our envelopes are bright white in color, are made in the USA, and have been approved by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to send USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Electronic Signatures, Restricted Delivery Certified Mail, and Certified Mail with Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.
The second option is to print our ‘labels’ on regular printer paper using a color printer. Users can then fold and adhere the label to the outside of any envelope.
Can I get Certified Mail envelopes at the Post Office?
No, the United States Postal Service does not offer envelopes for Certified Mail.
Instead, form 3800 and/or 3811 are placed onto a user’s envelope to indicate a certified letter. Both forms adhere to a user’s mail piece and have bar codes. Form 3800 offers electronic delivery confirmation. Form 3811 offers a return receipt signature.
Certified Mail Labels allows you to skip the trip to the Post Office and saves you at least $3.15 on each letter mailed.
What envelopes can I use for Certified Mail?
Using Certified Mail Labels allows users to send Certified Mail using any envelopes. When printing a color copy of the created label, the green “USPS Certified Mail” identifier will be included. Then, the label just needs to be affixed to the exterior of the envelope.
Avoid placing the label on the exterior of the envelope, by using Certified Mail Labels envelopes. Our heavier grade paper (28lb.) envelopes are sturdy and machinable, which is incredibly important in ensuring prompt and proper delivery.
