Studies show that 58% of Americans use Certified Mail for personal and professional mailings. It offers invaluable peace of mind. Whether you send one piece of Certified Mail a year or use this service daily, it is worth the benefits.
The downside of Certified Mail? It is not quick, easy, or convenient to take care of everything at the local Post Office. Between the drive, the forms, and waiting in line, mailing from the Post Office is not convenient or affordable.
Luckily, in a world that's faster-paced than ever, there is a quicker and cheaper option- Certified Mail Labels.

The sign-up process moves quickly, allowing you to get started immediately. Certified Mail Labels requires:

Step 2: Set Up Payment Account
Once you've created your account, there's only one thing left to do. Before you can start sending mail from home you'll need to set up your payment options.
Certified Mail Labels use real USPS postage. You'll have access to all the details you'd get from the postal service, including tracking numbers.
First, you will select the mail delivery options. Then, you'll enter the number of pages included in your mailing. Lastly, you only page for the postage you need.
We accept all major bank and credit cards. As well as paper checks, electronic ACH fund transfers, and bank wires. Regular users can even set up Auto Invoicing and replenish their account as needed. New customers requiring more than $25 in daily postage, will need to quickly verify their account for security purposes.
Step 3: Create Your Label
After your account is setup, it is time to begin creating your labels. Certified Mail Labels allows you to create single labels or batch labels. Batch mailing allows you to generate all the labels you need quickly and efficiently for your convenience. The batch process utilizes an Excel file and does not require any additional software.
To create and print a single label, start by logging in with your email and password.
Then, find the "Address Letters" button on our top menu. On the drop-down menu, click "Single Label." From there, you will complete three fields to make your label. These include:
- Step 1: Return Address: Defaults to your profile unless you need to edit
- Step 2: Delivery Address: Must complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk)
- Step 3: Mail Options: Shows the types of mail delivery options available, as well as envelope type and postage weight
Note that if you plan to use your own envelope and our green Certified Mail Label, the envelope type you'll select in Step 3 is a Plain Envelope #10 Letter Size (Prints Green Banner).
Step 4: Choose Your Envelope
It's time to prepare your Certified Mail for delivery. The first step is to choose the type of envelope you want to use. Your options are:
- Our USPS-approved Certified Mail envelope
- Your own envelope with our Certified Mail Label and green sticker
- Your own envelope with our green Certified Mail Label
Here's a quick breakdown of how each option differs.
Using Our Envelope
If you use our USPS-approved Certified Mail envelope, all you have to do is print your label on plain white paper. Then, fold it into thirds along with your letter, making sure the letter is behind the label. Finally, insert it into the envelope and mail!
When you sign up for our Trial Pack, we'll include two #10 envelopes for you to try with our labels. You can shop more envelopes on our website at anytime.
Using Your Envelope With Our Label and Green Sticker
If you prefer to use your own envelope, you can do so in two different ways. The first is to use our green Certified Mail stickers, created from USPS Form 3800-N.
First, print your label on plain white paper. Next, wrap and securely affix the label around your envelope, placing the document behind the label. Then, affix a green Certified Mail sticker to the top, front of the envelope.
Our Trial Pack includes five stickers for you to try!
Using Your Envelope With Our Green Certified Mail Label
The second option when using your own envelope is to use our green Certified Mail Label. This saves you an extra step compared to the option above, as there isn't a separate sticker to worry about.
Instead, you'll start by printing your label on plain paper using a color printer. This distinction is important because you need the color green to be visible on the label when you print. Wrap the label around your envelope and affix it into place.
Step 5: Mail and Track Your Document
Now that everything is complete, you can mail your Certified Mail document! We offer 24/7 reporting services, so you can monitor and track its location at any time. Our USPS tracking system updates every hour, and you can also set up delivery notifications straight to your inbox! You will have proof of the exact time when your mail was delivered.
Your account securely stores all data related to your mailing for 10 years. It can be access from anywhere at anytime.
