Why Isn't My Balance Updated?
1. Your credit card has expired. If this is the case, you will need to remove your card (2-step process) and add a new card.
2. You recently removed a credit card and neglected a step in the removal process (you should have clicked Delete twice).
You will need to put in a help ticket in the "help and support" area to get this manually fixed by our technicians.
3. You are not entering the correct CVV or security code. This is the three digit code on the back of the card (the four digit code on the front of the card if it is an American Express).
If you are still having issues, try to log out, close your browser, and log back into your account. Our system may have timed out on you (much like banking software).
