There could be several reasons why you are not receiving your EC Emails (Electronic Delivery Confirmation emails).

1)  Someone on your Certified Mail Labels account could have marked Certified Mail Labels as Spam or blocked us as a sender. You could have checked unsubscribe by accident and that would stop you from receiving the EDC email.

2) Your email firewall or network settings may not (or no longer) see us as a trusted sender due to the volume of emails we send you (if you mail a lot). To fix this, have your IT department white list our IP address.  You can also try adding to your contact list so your email program sees it as a trusted sender.
