A Firm Book Report contains an itemized list of all letters/packages in a shipment/batch. Although the SCAN Form or in-route operational scans serve as your actual proof of mailing, the Firm Book will provide the itemized list of recipients, including the USPS IMpb article number, address information, and postage fees for each mailing.
This report is OPTIONAL and NOT required for proof of mailing. Use the SCAN Form for USPS proof of acceptance/mailing.
