This is a USPS code that means you have punctuation in your delivery address. USPS does not recognize any special characters in the Delivery address, including but not limited to the following: Commas , Semicolons ; Back or Forward Slashes / \ Hyphens - and Asterisks *
If you take out the punctuation and you are still getting the error message you may want to call our business office to verify that your mailing profile is set up correctly. An incorrect phone number format could also give you that error message.
