How Do I Print a Certified Mail Return Receipt Signature

To get a copy of your Electronic Return Receipt Signature, Log in to your Certified Mail Labels account, then navigate to Reports > Summary Tracking Report.  Select "Delivered" from the drop-down and click "Search." Click the "View" link under the RRE column to open/view/print your Return Receipt Electronic Signature.

Your Signatures should be available within 72 hours of USPS marking the letter Delivered. If you need additional assistance, please provide us the Certified Mail tracking number to the Feedback & Support area and we will re-request the Signature from USPS.
